If you are new to training, a few one-to-one sessions will give you confidence and a solid foundation. If you feel stuck or have hit a plateau, I will help you change things up and move forward again.

Your first step

We begin with a full 90-minute assessment, charged at the normal hourly rate. This includes:

  • Cardiovascular fitness testing

  • Strength measurements

  • Body composition review

From there, I design a programme built specifically for you.

£45 per hour

Block offer: 11 sessions for £450 when paid upfront

One full working day’s notice required for cancellations Late cancellations or missed sessions are fully chargeable
