We are open at the times shown below. Drop in, and we will be delighted to show you round.
Monday to Friday: 9am to 2pm / 5pm to 8:30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9:30am-2pm
(Closed Bank Holidays)

Week-end reception may be unattended and the front door locked. If so, we are all upstairs teaching and exercising. If you wish to visit the gym please return in the week, or later in the day. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
